Substance Abuse Program
We provide a unique approach to treatment that is individualized, goal-oriented and realistic. We strive to assist individuals with establishing attainable goals toward taking back control of their lives and remaining substance-free. We utilize Individual and Group Therapy, both Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Substance Abuse Groups, Mentorship, Community Activities, Peer Support, Medication Assistance, and more to help members to adjust to living a sober lifestyle.
At this time Substance Abuse services are only provided to individuals aged 18 and older at our Wilmington, Delaware location that are enrolled in Medicaid in the state of Delaware. To inquire more about services, please schedule a consultation.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Drug overdose deaths involving heroin rose from 3,036 in 2010 to 15,469 in 2016. Since 2016, the number of deaths has trended down with 13,165 deaths reported in 2020, 9,173 reported deaths in 2021, and 5,871 reported deaths in 2022. While the overall number of heroin involved overdose deaths decreased, the proportion of these deaths co-involving heroin and fentanyl precipitously increased to nearly 80% in 2022.
